一、柴油发电机的装配步骤-安装凸轮轴
① 将凸轮轴衬套压人机体孔内（油孔必须对准机体上的油孔），将凸轮轴装进座孔内。
② 放好隔圈、推力轴承（轴承油孔必须对准机体油孔，两只圆柱形销钉应插进隔圈孔内），拧紧推力轴承的固定螺钉。
③ 检查推力面轴向间隙是否保持在0.195一0.545mm内。
④ 用手转动凸轮轴，应转动灵活。
⑤ 安装所有传动齿轮。它们间的相互装配记号是：定时惰齿轮上有二处记号，其''0”对准曲轴齿轮上的“0”，“1”对准凸轮上的齿轮的“1”，
“2”对准高压油泵传动齿轮上的“2”，然后拧紧各传动齿轮固定螺钉。并检查各齿轮之间齿隙是否符合要求。
二、异常响声：气门座圈松动响
响声比气门脚响的声音破碎，随转速变化时大时小，冷机运转时响声易出现。
（一）原因
① 气门座圈的材质和加工精度不符合要求，受温度变化的影响而松动。
装配过盈量不足，座圈与孔配合不紧。
(二）诊断与处理方法
在气缸处于压缩冲程，进、排气门均关闭的状态下，利用高压空气从喷油器安装孔处充气，用纸点着火放在排气管出口处或进气口处。若火苗向外吹动，说明排气门座圈或进气门座圈松动，应予以更换或重新安装。
